God’s Vision, Our Mission
Mount Calvary has long had a sense of God’s calling. We are convinced that Jesus’ grace and love has made our congregation a place where joy in Christ and a vibrant growing discipleship touch the lives of all who pass through our doors. Our mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We do that by walking with others in becoming followers of Christ. God is blessing this effort, and there is great potential for the future.
We are envisioning the construction of a “Spiritual Life Center”. This additional space, along with the renovations of the existing educational wing, will allow us to accommodate the many children and their families who are coming to us hungry to learn about Jesus. This campaign is not about space. It’s about God’s calling to us to care for the least, the youngest, and those who do not have the comfort of Christ as their Savior.
What is the next step? Our finance committee and building committee leaders are moving forward with the lenders, architects, and building contractors so we can begin construction as soon as possible.
